Uncle Wes, soon to be Aunt Jill and Grace.
Corn Maze here we come!!!
Well the weather finally cooled down Friday night and we took the kids to a neighborhood hay ride/bonfire. They LOVED roasting marshmellows and watching the fire. Then Saturday night we headed way out into the country to meet one of Wade's dealers (no, not drugs, corn and seed...ya we are becoming hicks). They had a really cute house out on 20 acres. The kids LOVED that too. They ran and played for hours outside and then we took them all on four wheelers and Charlie thought he was in heaven. BUT, i couldn't believe that i forgot my camera both nights....ahhh!! This is very unlike me, but my husband was happy, he thinks I take way too many pictures...but i know all of my fellow bloggers out there appreciate it. And my family...we miss you guys! We are counting down the days until Christmas, and i think it will be here sooner than we think...I just love the holidays.
Then on Sunday we had Wade's parents and his brother and soon to be wife over for dinner. We hadn't seen them in a while so it was nice to have a big family gathering. And it warmed up today to 75 degrees, it was absolutely gorgeous out! We all went to a corn maze, another tractor ride, and a big sandbox filled with corn! The kids thought everything was sooo cool. I did remember to bring my camera along for this outing...so enjoy and thanks for looking!
My aunt was in town this weekend from Spokane and she was as shocked as we were that all weekend the weather was in the 90's. No, this is not common, and so strange to be so warm in October. It is suppose to last a few more days and then head down in the 70's. I told Wade that I refuse to go and pick pumpkins until it cools down.
