WOW!

As we were saying prayers tonight, this was Gracie's... "Dear God, I thank you for my wonderful parents, they really are the best. Please help me not to compromise..and one day please escort me to the pearly gates." Wow...maybe we are doing something right.....

My little performer

I had to get this down so I remember it later...Gracie just cracks me up sometimes! It was her week for show and tell, and she was super excited. The night before she got a few items and put them in the show and tell bag. Wade and I were curious what she had decided to bring along to show to her friends. She had her favorite webkinz, a few of her special gems, and her hannah montana guitar. I asked her what she was planning on doing withe the guitar and she nonchalantly let me know she would be putting on a show for her class. Wade and I were curious about what she had planned out, so we asked her to show us what she would be doing. She put her HSM shirt on and then put the guitar over her shoulder. She then pressed the button on the guitar that made hannah montana sing on the guitar...and then Gracie lip synced to the music. It was hilarious...really cute. Then next morning she came into my room at 7:30 fully dressed, shoes, coat, hair and teeth brushed. She was so excited she wanted to go to school right away. I wasn't able to see her do show and tell, but her teacher told me it was pretty cute. Man..she is not lacking in the confidence department! I think we watch too much American idol. Every time we watch it, we mute it during the commercials and both kids get to pretend they are on the show and auditioning..Wade and I are the judges..it's pretty cute..reminds me to get my video camera out.

Fun at the park

Well it reached 55 degrees today and that was all we needed to get outdoors! The kids loved the fresh air and just being able to RUN! Tomorrow is suppose to be 61 degrees, yay!
Gracie got some new shoes that came with a headband and arm bands and now she wants to wear them everywhere...cracks me up!

Charlie's b-day party at school

Charlie was super excited to make cupcakes and take them to school to celebrate his birthday. Daddy even got to stop in for a bit and watch him play with his friends. Charlie loves going to school, he only goes one day a week, but he looks forward to it all week!
This is his favorite party of the day. His teacher hides the mouse under one of the colored hearts and they try to guess which one. All the kids absolutely love this!

Dance time!

He looks like such a little man...how did we get here? My baby is three!?!?!

New Haircut!

I finally got around to cutting Charlie's hair, man it was getting long! I didn't want it too short, since it's still so cold outside, but I just couldn't resist. It is so much easier to fix now...and I think he looks even cuter (if that's possible!).
Wade took a few pics of Gracie and me before we headed off to the Tea party. I'm always forgetting to get pictures of me with my kiddos....:)

Princess Tea Pary

Well this is our second year to attend the Princess Tea Party. Gracie really looks forward to this and loves to get all dressed up. I let her dress herself and she took a long time getting things "just right", it was pretty cute to watch her look at herself in the mirror. This year her favorite princess was Sleeping Beauty...I guess Cinderella's been deomoted...:) Her friends Taryn and Storm All ready to go! Daddy helping her get buttoned up
