New swingset

Wade has promised the kids since we moved here that he would get them a swingset. We have been so busy the last few months it just got pushed aside. Well our new neighbors moved in last weekend and while Grace was napping they put up their HUGE 3,000 dollar swingset in their backyard. Gracie woke up, looked out her window and ran downstairs yelling "thank you daddy, i love my new swingset!" Ya, it hurt bad! We let her know that it was not for her and she actually took it pretty well. We met our new neighbors and they are super nice and also have a six year old girl and a two year old boy, perfect! One of their grandparents had passed away and had given them money for a swingset. They told Gracie and Charlie they could play on it anytime. Well Wade and I still felt like we wanted to follow through on what we had told them. So, thanks to some help from the grandparents we got a new swingset for the kids. It is definitely not a $3,000 one, but you know what....the kids don't seem to notice at all. They were both super happy to find out that they were getting ANOTHER swingset in the backyard. The love their new swingset and now the backyard is kid heaven!
