I'm back!!!

Well we had a great time in Washington, we managed to see almost everybody. It was a whirlwind, but so much fun at the same time. I'm already missing everyone, but glad to get back to our routine and daily life, but we can't wait to get back again. Thanks for everyone who let us stay at their houses, and for all the great food. We want you all to know that we would love to have any of you out to Illinois anytime you want, you are always welcome. Well, welcome to 2008!! I can't believe it's here. This year I will turn 30 (ugh), Wade and I will celebrate 6 years of marriage (wow), Charlie will turn 2 and Grace will turn 5...wow time is just flying by!! I don't really make resolutions, but this year i'm going to try and read my Bible more. I've also decided that for lent i'm going to give up soda AND chocolate. I know, i'm crazy. Wade is catholic and he has always given something up for lent. I'm not catholic but i think it's a good idea so i always go along with him. Basically you give something up that is really hard for you to resist and everytime you struggle with it you pray and rely on God to help you resist it. So, I decided to go all out this time. Lent starts in the beginning of Feburary and goes through until Easter. Who else wants to join me??? You can choose anything you want to give up, but it has to be hard...no giving up gizzards or underwear....however that may be hard for some of you:) Enjoy the pictures, there is several pages of them. Talk to you all soon! May God bless you in the New Year!!!

Wow, we're going to hit all the same milestones in 2008... turning 30, 6 years of marriage, and kids turning 5 and 2. That's kind of ironic if you ask me. (and very cool!) We have a lot to be thankful for :-) So Good to see you again... will let you know if we're ever in the Illinois area!

GO SEAHAWKS!!!
