Six Years

On Saturday Wade's parents picked up the kids and Wade and I got to spend the whole day together...we got to celebrate our six year anniversary, which was on the 22nd. We has such a good time. We dindn't have a thing planned. We ate lunch together, then decided to walk around Lowe's, just looking at things for the house. Then we decided to head into the city. On the way we saw a sign for the Cahokia mounds, so we decided to stop on in and check it out. It was really cool! These mounds were man made back in 800 a.d. by the Native Americans. It took them over 300 years to build these mounds and they are HUGE. Almost 20,000 people lived there and there were over 80 mounds, 70 are still there. The view of St. Louis from the top of the mound Wade always has this confused look on his face when he's trying to take a picture of us..:)
