Once again I was slacking on the picture taking. Halloween night we took the kids to see Veggie Tale's live. If you get a chance to take your kids to this, you will not regret it. They were really into it and it kept their attention the whole time. During the intermission we went out to the lobby and Gracie was able to pick out a girl to sponsor through Compassion International. We will be sponsoring Wendy from Guatemala. She will be turing 10 right after Christmas. I had been wanting to do this for a while, but wanted to wait until Gracie was five so that she could understand what it all meant. I'm not sure if she fully understands it, but she is already saving up her money to send to her new best friend.
After the show we headed over to Wade's parents house. This was the first year since the kids have been born that they got to see them on Halloween night. We took the kids down the street to Wade's aunt and uncle's house and then we took the kids over to Uncle's Russell and Aunt Katie's house for even more candy. And the best part was that we got to leave them with Wade's mom for the whole weekend!!
